Project Scope

Client priorities: low water plants, attracting wildlife and pollinators, place for child to play and interact with nature, fruit trees, re-directing water from backyard and rooftop

  • lawn removal

  • plant demo

  • sheet mulching

  • removed sprinklers, added drip irrigation to all trees

  • creek-bed excavation (connected French drain in backyard + downspout rain chain in front to harvest max water)

  • added rocks to fill dry creek-bed

  • replanted with native plants + fruit trees (citrus)
